According to the Law of Ukraine «On Telecommunications» from 18.11.2003, «Rules of providing and obtain telecommunication services» from 11.04.2012 and the offer contract, operator obliged to return the unused funds in case of failure of prepaid services.
Procedure for refunds:

  1. To return unused funds You must submit the application form. Download
  2. Copy of passport, copy of payment document (bank statement, receipt etc.) must be attached to the application form
  3. Scan-copy of documents send to e-mail: sales@atelecom.net.ua
  4. Оriginal of the application and document copies must be send to the address: «ATLANTIS TELECOM»

  5. Money is returning minus commission established by e-payment system through which payment was performed


The procedure of returning wrongly transferred funds:

  1. To return mistakenly transferred funds submit the application form. Download.
  2. Copy of the passport should be attached to the application
  3. Scan-copy of documents send to e-mail: sales@atelecom.net.ua
  4. Оriginal of the application and document copies must be send to the address: «ATLANTIS TELECOM» LTD, PO BOX 151, Kyiv, 02121, Ukraine
  5. After receiving the original application money returned by bank transfer in national currency – hryvnia, according to the terms established under the laws of Ukraine
  6. Money is returning minus commission established by e-payment system through which payment was performed
